ബര്‍ലിന്‍:ജര്‍മനിയില്‍ കാലാവസ്ഥയിലുണ്ടായ പെട്ടെന്നുള്ള മാറ്റം അപകടകങ്ങളുടെ പെരുമഴയായി. റോഡുകളിലെയും ഹൈവേകളിലെയും മഞ്ഞുവീഴ്ച്ച മൂലമുള്ള വഴുക്കല്‍ സ്വഭാവം അതായത് ഗ്ളാറ്റ് ഐസ് നിരവധി അപകടങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വാരാന്ത്യത്തില്‍ കാരണമായി. നോര്‍ത്ത് റൈന്‍ ~ വെസ്ററ്ഫാലിയയിലെ പല റോഡുകളും ശനിയാഴ്ച വഴുക്കലാണ് അനുഭവപ്പെട്ടത്. എ 45 ലാണ് കൂടുതല്‍ അപകടങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടായത്. സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ പല റോഡുകളും വഴുക്കലായിരുന്നു.

നിരവധി ആളുകള്‍ക്ക് പരിക്കുകള്‍ സംഭവിച്ചു. ശനിയാഴ്ച രാവിലെ മുതല്‍ നോര്‍ത്ത് റൈന്‍~വെസ്ററ്ഫാലിയയിലെ റോഡുകളില്‍ ബ്ളാക്ക് ഐസ് കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടാക്കി! അപകടനില ഇതുവരെ ഒഴിവായിട്ടില്ല. ഞായറാഴ്ച രാത്രി ഇത് ജര്‍മ്മനിയുടെ തെക്ക് ഭാഗത്തേക്ക് നീങ്ങുമെന്നാണ് മുന്നറിയിപ്പ്. എന്‍ ആക്തവിയിലെ ഓള്‍പെ പ്രദേശം, സീഗര്‍ലാന്‍ഡ്, മെര്‍കിഷര്‍ ൈ്രകസ് എന്നിവയെ പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ബാധിച്ചു. യാത്ര അത്യാവശ്യമില്ലെങ്കില്‍ കാര്‍ ഉപയോഗം വേണ്ടന്നുവെയ്ക്കണമെന്ന് പോലീസ് ശക്തമായി നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചു.

ശീതകാലത്തിലെ സഞ്ചാരം ഓട്ടോബാന്‍ 45~ല്‍ വന്‍തോതിലുള്ള കൂട്ടിയിടിയുണ്ടായി. ഹൈവേകള്‍ 4, 45 എന്നിവയില്‍ മാത്രമല്ല, ഫെഡറല്‍, സ്റേററ്റ്, സെക്കന്‍ഡറി റോഡുകളിലും വഴുവഴുപ്പുള്ള റോഡുകള്‍ ഗതാഗതക്കുരുക്കിന് കാരണമായി. തെന്നുന്ന റോഡില്‍ ആറ് കാറുകള്‍ പരസ്പരം ഇടിച്ചു, ഒരു വാഹനം മറിഞ്ഞു.അപകടത്തില്‍ രണ്ട് ൈ്രഡവര്‍മാര്‍ക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റു. ഒരു നായ ഔട്ടോബാനിലേയ്ക്ക് ഓടിക്കയറി അപകടസ്ഥലത്ത് തന്നെ ചത്തു. മണിക്കൂറുകളോളം ദേശീയപാത അടച്ചിടേണ്ടി വന്നു. ഗതാഗത തടസ്സവും ഗതാഗത തടസ്സവുമുണ്ടായി.

മിന്നല്‍ മഞ്ഞ് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കണമെന്നും മുന്നറിയിപ്പുണ്ട്. അതിനാല്‍ ദീര്‍ഘവീക്ഷണത്തോടെയും ജാഗ്രതയോടെയും വാഹനമോടിക്കുക."
വെന്‍ഡന്‍, ഹന്‍സ്ബോണ്‍, ഗിര്‍ഖൗസെന്‍, റോമര്‍ഷാഗന്‍ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളില്‍ ഒരു ഡസനിലധികം ചെറിയ അപകടങ്ങള്‍ പോലീസ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്തു.ഞായറാഴ്ച രാത്രിയോടെ സ്ഥിതിഗതികള്‍ ജര്‍മ്മനിയുടെ തെക്ക് ഭാഗത്തേക്ക് മാറുമെന്നാണ് കാലാവസ്ഥാ വിദഗ്ധര്‍ പറയുന്നത്. പ്ളസ് 1 ഡിഗ്രിക്കും മൈനസ് 4 ഡിഗ്രിക്കും ഇടയിലുള്ള താപനിലയില്‍ മഞ്ഞ് വീഴുമെന്ന് മുന്നറിയിപ്പുണ്ട്. കൂടാതെ ബ്ളാക്ക് ഐസ് ഉണ്ടാകാനുള്ള സാധ്യതയും ഉണ്ട്.കാലാവസ്ഥാ മാതൃകകള്‍ അനുസരിച്ച്, ക്രിസ്മസ് സമയത്ത് മഞ്ഞ് വീഴാനുള്ള സാധ്യത ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഗണ്യമായി വര്‍ദ്ധിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്.
